Bill Mitchell is a business, contract, corporate, and real estate lawyer, specializing in working with privately held and family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs as outside general counsel. Bill combines the sharp skills of an experienced business lawyer, with keen intellect, fierce determination, and a genuine interest in his client’s business and legal needs. In addition to the practice of law, Bill has had a long standing involvement in good government issues. Following the Orange County bankruptcy, Bill served as Vice Chair of the Government Practices Oversight Committee, and has served as Chair of Orange County Common Cause. He supports the Free Wheelchair Mission and The Irvine Museum. Bill attended the University of Southern California and the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific. He has been a member of the California Bar Association since 1981.
